Material

GI of 0.45-0.50 mm thick Aluminum of 0.65-0.71 mm thick

Panels

Box-shaped panels, 84 mm wide featuring a 24 mm wide flange that closes-off the 16 mm joint between the panels. Panels are 13 mm deep with length up to 4 meter.

Carrier

Carrier shall be 20 mm wide at bottom and 32 mm wide on the top with 45 mm depth made from 0.60 mm thick galvanized iron sheet that hold the panels in a module of 100 / 200 mm.

Paint Finish

55 µm powder coating on the exposed surface or 25 µm polyester coil coated over primer on visible surface with primer coat on rear side.
